PC specs question.

Is the computer. I am wondering if this would be a good purchase for mainly MMO's and diablo 3 upcoming, and maybe even Crysis. I am pretty new to PC gaming and my main concern is the processor speed.

I know I will need to update my video card, but hopefully not the power supply. This PC is a good buy for me as I work for Walmart and can get it in the store for around $600 as a bundle with a 20 in monitor.

If anyone has any words of wisdom it would be greatly appreciated.

If you upgrade the graphics card it should be just fine

Thats a pretty bad price, tbh, cause a pentium is single core with hyperthreading. You could have a nice dual/tri core rig with a 9800gtx+ and all the fixings, except the moniter, and that costs as much as a good video card anyways.

With that procesor, you won't be able to put in a powerful video card without a severe bottleneck. A 9600gt-9800gt is probably as far as you could go. That processor really ain't great. Why don't you build the computer yourself for less money and more performance?

I would build a PC, and save a little extra for a monitor. As for what you are getting, it is absolutely not worth it

That doesn't look like a good buy, especially for gaming. If you must buy a pre-built computer Newegg has some good ones like this one:

for $760 + shipping. The processor is better with a good video card. Doesn't come with monitor, mouse, or keyboard but those you should have if you've owned a computer b4. Montiors cost around $200 for a decent LCD.

Other option is to build your own PC. You'll save alot of money if you. Check the first page of my site in my sig and you'll see what I mean.
