i need help

iz a pc with these specs iz better or 360 Elite or ps3 better.

PC: Core2 Extreme 2.93 Ghz ( dual Core)

Nvidia GeForce 8800Gts 320 mb

3 gb memory

dual 40 gb HDS with a spedd of 7200 rpm each.

i hope these specs would b enough to tell da dif

Really depends on what you like. Are you more of a hardcore gamer into mmorpg's, rts games, fps or are you more of a relaxed casual gamer and what have you played more and are more interested in right now ?

that system is more powerful than an Xbox360. although it's not weather your pc is better than an Xbox360, it's what kind of gaming do you like, console gaming or PC gaming. If I were you I'd go with buying an Xbox360 elite, it would save you money and you probly have a better gaming experience. and with what I just said you have to consider what, nooblet said.

The dark side to PCs is that there is no set standards.  You buy a game for a console, it's guaranteed to work on that console.  Not so for PCs

they plan obsolesence in PCs.  You could have state of the art right now.  It's old news 6 months from now.  And because there are no standards for gaming,  you could find yourself replacing graphics cards, memory and the like.  Might even find yourself a new computer a year from now
