I tried resetting the BIOS CMOS on the board, still nothing, system turns on, thats it. No comfirmation beep, from what ive seen, everything is seated right. No idea what to do. any suggestions?

Please give us more information so that we can help you. Do you use XP? Did you just install new hardware before it crashed? Were you messing around with your motherboard?

Instead of just restting the CMOS by pressing the button, remove the battery. Then, put it back in and boot. Also, make sure your hard drive has an OS on it. Or you just get the wait signal.

sorry should have been more specific, yes i was messing around with memory timings and rebooting the bios accordingly and it worked everytime but it just stopped. and i use XP Pro 64-bit.

take the battery out, and unplug power. you might of bricked your board.
