here are my pc specs:Dell Dimension XPS Gen 2: P4 3.0ghz w/800mhz/ht technology, 1024 mb @400mhz memory, ATI 128 mb 9800 pro graphics card, 19"Acer widescreen. do i have a pci or apg graphics card? i am wanting to upgrade to a ATI x1950 pro 512mb. would this be too much for my pc? also, should i upgrade to 2000mbmemory? would this make a difference with my system, i do not want to waste money. thanx!

You have an AGP slot, since the 9800Pro only came in AGP.

Honestly, I wouldn't upgrade anything in your rig... IMO it's time to save up for a new PC.

^concour, that rig is way to old, i'm sure you can find a nice telemarketing job on workopolis and buy a new computer, thats what i'm doing.
