I bought PCS+ HD 4870 Powecolor today, and I'm kind of a n00b on this stuff and i hope you guys can help me out. Well the card has two ports for power cables and i wonder if you need to plug two cables in for it to work? If not, I have to buy a new power supplier :p

First you can tell what PSU you have, but gennerally there should be a "molex>6pin PCIe" adaper. (or a molex > 8pin PCIe adapter) bundled with the card. Are you sure your PSU is up to it?, because this is a quite powerhungry card.
