I remember reading somewhere that Crysis is supposed to be part 1 ofa trilogy.

That's about what I was expecting after playing the demo. I truest PC Zone no more than any other site or publication, but my respect for them has grown over the last five years, quite a lot.

As for the poor final last act, I think most people had an idea that that was coming. Cry games are best played in jungles vs human ais. Even the people who liked FarCry's mutants should probably agree with me on that. So playing flying metal aliens in zero gravity or something, it just sounds wrong.

Still, I am looking forward to the game like crazy after the demo, really completely changed my mind.

Thanks for the post, doomy, always nice to get the low down on what the industry thinks, even if I don't trust any of it.

Yup definitely. Because then I can claim that I managed to overclock my 1 year old X1950Pro 256mb to 8800 power! OMFG!!1!!111! And I didnt even touch any overclocking settings. This shows that ATI OWNZORS!!11!!!

puh-lease... even X800 owners can run it if they wanted - they'd just have to play on a lower setting. The fact that the game can run at nearly all settings on High on my aging X1950Pro is already a testiment to Crytek's engine

yes i remember them stating that it was going to be a trilogy, so i would expect the story to lead on to the next game

Really? Interesting. I have one too, it was bought 6 months ago, just when it came out! So that isn't one year old, surelly. But it runs very smoothly, mid/high settings with E6400 and 2GB and no problems!

I loved the demo. Excelente cinematics, voice acting, environment, great graphics, fantastic shadows, really immersive. Now I wonder - how can someone review a game that hasn't even came out?

About those 92%, that cannot be. It should be 95% at least :)
