Perfect World FREE MMO

Maybe this isn't much of an answer but i checked out some gameplay, it looks pretty similliar to WoW, both in Graphics and gameplay. I'm not sure i could recommend it or not as i try to keep away from free MMO's...Exeron

You know he's right, I can't think of a single one...I guess you could argue maple story but its targeted audience isnt the audience that can afford to pay a monthly fee

How does it stand compared to say like Silkroad OnlineDQ25

I played a warrior to lvl 20. It's a pretty good game, for what it is. The combat animation is fun to watch. It's also fun to travel to different cities and just walk around...the cities are pretty cool looking. If you stick around longer than I did, you can have pets and you can also fly...which is pretty cool. There are enemies up in the sky that you can fight...so not only is there a fairly large horizontal map to explore, there is also a vertical element to explore in this game.

That said, the gameplay becomes fairly tedious after a while. The quests aren't very interesting and the translation to English in the international version is poor.

If you have the time to check out a free mmo, you might like Perfect World.

Can you LIST them please? :| You're going name crap like SilkRoad or Maple Story aren't ya? The only good MMO I can think of is Bloodymare and I don't play it because it has bad magament, not many people play it but the servers lag like hell. (And yes, I have a freaking stable Internet connection so don't ask stupid questions like that.)

Perfect world has a lot less grinding, and botters in than silkroad.

It's one of the best Free MMO's at the moment, only Rohan Online or With your destiny (WYD) or Dungeon Runners are really worth the trouble. (gonna sound like i'm starting advertising the amount of times i reccomend these games =D), but Runes of Magic (released 9th December) is set to be really really really good, it's draws heavily from wow, but adds to it to. I'd just wait for that, because it should be great. (and it's free ! )

I know this cause i downloaded like literally 10 free mmo's 3 days ago, and tried them all, and you know when you look at them on youtube, and it's all huge swords and flashy combat animations.

..You log in, and it's nothing like that :P. Of course i didn't expect it at level one, but it isn't even like the videos.

I've heard "Aion" is okay too.
