I just got this new sanyo phone called the M1(from sprint). The only trouble is that every time I plug it up to my PC it keeps saying new hardware found and when I tried to install it the installation kept failing. What am I supposed to do? Do I need new software or is it the phone thats missing something? And also I have have windows media player 11 and it wont come up on the portable device list...
