Planescape Torment?

I am currently looking for a copy of this game and am unable to locate one anywhere, does anyone know where I can get a copy, preferably a disc but direct (legal) download would be ok, of this magnificent game?

Also, i am having the same problem with Final Fantasy 7 PC edition, so any help there would be great :)
