I'm having problems playing games on a computer that I built myself. The computer's specs are

2GB RAM

3.0GHz Hyper Threading CPU

250gb HDD

256mb ATi All In Wonder 2006 Edition.

All hardware's drivers are fully updated and the computer is running Winows XP professional. I need help! Thanks.

if you can run pci-express else you'r screw and ul fell laggy cause your ram are enough amount tough but seriously if i cant know cpu is dual core or not.. and video card pci-E i can't tell you why u lag. but im sure the video card you got is really bad

reinstall driver for ur video card i not boosting.
and you'd need new mobo and you won't go far without 300$-500-700$ for new mobo : cpu : & video card
agp is a super duper duck-tape bottleneck to newest video game setting. of 2005 + game
that i can tell technology's make us consumer of pc games forced to upgrade every 4 year easy.
it why i went from my old PC to dual core

Graphics card is dire lool

and not many people can just dish out £300 for a 9800gtx, go for a 8800 gt or save up and wait for the 10 series ^^

The point is I don't want to spend money I just wanted to all of a sudden game on this computer, and the game's specs are lower compared to the specs of the computer and its still underperforming. It should not be, and it was fine before reinstalling the computer because it was slow.

lol...gtx 2xx series is not a 10 series ,its rather an extension for their crapy 9800 series, i believe that because both series were released in 2008.If there is a "10 series" it would have been the new gen cards released in 2009 .
