I can't speak for SWtOR, but a few Summers ago I only had access to the 3G Internet on my phone, and I was able to play WoW on it just fine. My latency would reach around 400 at times, but it was definitely playable.

Just be careful if you have a limited data plan, you can sky rocket a bill fast with downloading the game and/or updates.

Your latency could be really high depending on how far away you are from the source of your 4g. If you're really far away expect 500ms+ of lag.

I've used 3G access over my phone to play both World of Warcraft and Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. Both should run fine on your system. However, in WoW an hour worth of gameplay was close to 100mb. So if you have a data limit watch out.
