I need everything except a monitor. I would really like to max Oblivion. My current computer can barely play it and I hate it.I would also like to run most games max or run close to max. Thanks a lot for the help! :)

Nice build, but for some reason you have two different brand case fans in there lol

I'd either change the CPU to a cheaper one and OC (if OP wants to) or go Intel and OC also :)

Good build, i'd drop the fans and either stick with Xp or go for Vista 64-bit. That can be great if OCed.

Good build on that budget... only a couple of suggestions...

Get better RAM for only $60.99 after rebate:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144062

If you can stretch the budget, go for Vista Premium for $111.99:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116202

or if you want the basic version, it's only $89.99 using this link:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116200

As for the fans... the case takes one 80mm and one 120mm - so that explains the two different fans
This one is the same as the listed 120mm fan for $2 less:
