I'd either change the CPU to a cheaper one and OC (if OP wants to) or go Intel and OC also :)

That can be great if OCed.

Get better RAM for only $60.99 after rebate:

As for the fans... the case takes one 80mm and one 120mm - so that explains the two different fans
