Please help error with oblivion

I just freshly installed oblivion from steam but it does not worked I have not installed any mods or anything, I have tried running DXSETUP but that did not work either and I do not have an HP printer, any advice?

Anyway, what exactly is the problem? How isn't it working? Exactly what happens when you try to run the game? And what are your computer's specs?

Maybe you should install a HP printer then.
