Please help me gmod 10 crashes!!!!

Please can you help I bought Gmod 10 and when ever I load a level it crashes and comes up with an engine error and sez this:

Internal driver error in IDirect3DDevice9::Present()

PLEASE HELP ME!

What does it mean!

THE Smiley should be anouther : and than P (nospaces)

sounds like a directx9 problem rather than a videocard problem

Get the latest Directx9 user runtime from microsoft download center

UPDATE!!!!:

I just tried reintalling DirectX 9.0c and something changed now it has a different error when I try to load a level it says:

Model models|Gibs\wood_gib01e.mdl not found and models\error.mdl couldn't be loaded

Is this my bad day or somethin!!!!

anyways I only had the model error once and now im gona try updating the pc's drivers
