High I m looking for PSU that can support 8800 gts 320 mb . I heard 8800 gts requirements are 400 watts and 26A. Can someone recommend me a good PSU under 90 dollars?

Not really. They are poorly made and have a very low +12v rail output.

I would rather spend $30 less and get a Sunbeam Nuuo 550w, spend a few dollars less and get a OCZ GameXstream 600w, or spend a little more and get a Corsair HX520w.

It is a steal, especially for under $130.
And it isn't rumored... it can run dual 8800GTXs, the 520w can even run them.

Older Hiper PSU's had poor +12v output but they've improved ten-fold. I'm using a Hiper 580watt PSU on my system and it's been flawless...

Just goes to show that amperage on +12V rails is more important that raw wattage output.

This is the one I'm getting for my new computer. $80, good brand name, strong +12v rating (22A on each rail, so 44A will handle the 8800GTS great).

That should be fine for the GTS.
