Please, need RPG advice.

Hey guys,

I'm really in the need for a great RPG experience, one with great story, and last 20+ hours or more. Also, would be great if it was released in the past three years so it looks decent.

I have Morrowind and all expansions(my favorite), Oblivion plus all expansions, The Witcher, NWN2, and older ones like Diablo and Diablo 2.

Despite these not looking "decent" I'd reccomend Fallout 1&2 or Baldur's Gate 1&2

You could get Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines. Its 4 years old i think but it looks ok probably around morrowind status. Its a good game and its different.whitey_rolls

Agreed, and all of the problems it started with have been patched now.

Hi if you liked the Diablo series, then you might like Sacred and Titan Quest. Many hours of gameplay with those two games.sihunt

if you liked diablo, then you're guaranteed to like titan quest.

You could wait until Mass Effect comes out on PC (Unless you already have a 360).TheLordRagnarok

As long as they port it correctly Mass Effect could be great on the PC.

Another game you might want to check out is Planescape: Torment, it's an older RPG but by far the best RPG ever created. Other games that are older but good are Arcanum, Nox, Sacred, and Divine Divinity.

EDIT: I almost forgot the Gothic series which is a great series but the combat takes some getting used to.

You may try the demo for Eschalon Book one.....single player RPG..only out a few months..turned based combat....:Dttomm1946

Hi I just played part of the demo for Eschalon Book 1 for about an hour and I must say it is a very good game. It is a great example of the old school RPG. Very good character development. The graphics are a bit simple yet good for what it is. Thanks for the tip ttomm1946 :D
