have you tried opening the computer and finding the video card slot? Pci slots look kinda like this

___ ________________

I'm not sure about the PCIE though, and the size of the example is probably not exacly right, but it should have a small and them a bigger gap for PCI slots

You have a PCI-e slot.

I would suggest getting the card STANAG Guy linked, but you'll need a new power supply.

and HD4850 is way better then 8800GT
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130319
this one is overclocekd also

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121253

that much better then 8800GT & Less expensive then any bestbuy card & circuit city card go for it
look down your self

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Powercolor/HD_4850/6.html
73fps 130$ 8800GT - 75 8800GT OC 150$ vs 86fps. for ATI HD4850 180$ & 120 fps with 4870 at 280$ it better

I think that's a poor illustration of the HD 4850's performance verses the 8800GT. It's quite a bit better, especially if you like playing games at a high-resolution with AA.

Woah, that seems more like it!

Yeah, I would strongly suggest that you get the HD 4850, as you seem like you can afford it. It's a big performance increase verses the 8800GT, and it'll show a lot in games such as Crysis.
