i have mercury pcmp73v mobo with 2 slots for ram , im installing 2x2 giga of ram on them , but they run in single channel mode , sooooooooooo...

HOW COULD I MAKE THEM RUN IN DUAL MODE ? please if i can do that tell me how ?

It seems that u'r mobo only supports 2 gigs of ram, so, u cant install 4 gb ram. I searched on google and found ur mobo's specs :http://www.mercury-pc.com/product-spec.php?productid=766

If your motherboard doesn't support it you can't. If there was an option, it would be in the BIOS. Also, like the poster above said your motherboard only supports 2gb of ram.

If your motherboard doesn't support it you can't. If there was an option, it would be in the BIOS. Also, like the poster above said your motherboard only supports 2gb of ram.

oh no are you serios ?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so how my pc tell me that i have 4 giga of ram ??????? and i run it on windows 7 64-bit which make my 1 giga vcard up to 2.8giga , by sharing ram , so ................ its support 2 giga for each slot 2 slots x 2 giga ram ================================== 4 giga ram ?????????????????????????

you motherboard can only support up to 2GB of ram. even if u put in 4GB of ram, ur system will only recognize 2GB because that's what ur motherboard can only support

you motherboard can only support up to 2GB of ram. even if u put in 4GB of ram, ur system will only recognize 2GB because that's what ur motherboard can only support

(ur system will only recognize 2GB ) no it recognize 4 giga ram , and i now that from : 1. my computer pro. 2.dxdiag ( start menu ) 3.3d marks 06 4............. 5............. 6......... did you guys anderstand ( IT RECOGNISE 4 GIGA RAM , CPU-Z TOLD ME THAT TOO )

AND ONE MORE THING . MY BIOS HAVE THE OPTINE OF ( TOP MEMORY UNDER : 4 GIGA. 3 GIGA .2 GIGA )

Ok man, slow down. Maybe u gave us the wrong model of motherboard? Maybe u have another thing? Go to System Information and look at the RAM installed. Btw, write better and dont use Caps :O
