Avoid Rosewill like the plague. And going cheap on a PSU is never a good idea, BTW. I have a 300w psu already, but according to Newegg that's not enough for the card. Are they exaggerating? And if rosewill is bad, can you please recommend me a better unit?

Overkill or not, it'll allow space for a future upgrade. The PSU only provides the wattage that your equipment needs, but it had a higher max. wattage delivery if your system would ever demand it.
