Please recommend me a power supply for 7900GS

First, which model do you think is better? there is less than a ten dollar difference so price is irrelevant. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130056 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814143070 Please recommend a power supply to go with these cards, as the one I currently have is a measly 300w.

their both gonna run at the same speed, i usually go for BFG personally though

Avoid Rosewill like the plague. And going cheap on a PSU is never a good idea, BTW.

I have a 300w psu already, but according to Newegg that's not enough for the card. Are they exaggerating? And if rosewill is bad, can you please recommend me a better unit?

Thanks for your help, though 500w and higher seems like complete overkill, I will check out lower end models from those brands.

Overkill or not, it'll allow space for a future upgrade. The PSU only provides the wattage that your equipment needs, but it had a higher max. wattage delivery if your system would ever demand it.
