First of all, nobody asked for your opinion on how good the games on that list are. I would suspect you say those games "blow" because many of them are from genres you don't like, or have never tried.

I would hope you realize not everyone like the same games, specifically PC gamers..since it has by far the most diverse titles of all platforms. A game you might think is boring might be enjoyed very much so by another PC gamer. Conversely, the games you like on that list, or on any other platform, might "blow" to another player.

Second, Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened has an average score of 71% at GameRankings, and a score of 8.3 here at Gamespot. Your opinion of the game is pretty irrelevant.

Third, do you realize there's over THREE MONTHS left in this year? And many of the games on that list still unreleased are coming out during that time? In fact, these last few months are the most active time every year for game releases, across every platform.

As far as I know all of those games had release dates in 2007. Games generally get delayed & it's nobody's fault. And even if some of those games will bereleased in 2008, what's so troublesome in getting to knowabout them early?

Reasons why it's worth to be a PC gamer series threads are one of my most favorite threads. Very informative, helpful, constructive & much better than those boring & repetitive threads which generally flood the GS PC forum. Keep up the good work Adrian!

Mostly in hardware terms.

That sticky in any form is a GREAT resource for PC games. I find myself checking it often just to keep a heads up of what's coming out for different genres, especially ones I don't normally play.
