Even if you ran two 7600GT cards in SLI, you wouldn't get very good performance on Crysis. 7600GT in SLI can't pull off running Oblivion with everything on high (trust me, I know. I used to have 2 7600GT cards in my computer). I could get Oblivion going with a mix of medium to high settings. Trying to run everything on high meant I would get a whole 10-15fps. With the right mixture of settings I was pulling 25-40fps.
You'll maybe get Crysis going on low to medium settings, but anything higher then that and you'll probably get motion sickness from all the stuttering you'd experience.
If you're upgrading your video card and you have to get an AGP, go for a high end ATI card. If you can run PCI-E, then see if you can get your hands on an 8800GT 512MB card. Those will be your best bet for getting crysis to run half way decent.
