hi guys,plz, (in Medieval II Total War)when and how can i explore the new world(south&north america) in the game?(in which turn can i do that and how?)

No patch or Mod... A bit after the Mongols appear (closer to when the Timurid's come into the game) you get a message about improvement in ship technology and "the new world"... The map will expand on the left with a black (un-explored) area... I have some ships going there in my game, but I have not played M2TW in a while as I was distracted by RE4:)

Check the official site (www.totalwar.com), it's mentioned there as well, here's a quote from the site...

"Explore three continents and sail across to the Americas to confront the Aztecs on their home soil."

i didnt notice before but when i checked my saved game i saw it. Thank you for this info and by the way
