Hey i am big fan of adventure games. I got tired of these shooter suck fests. I just want to play adventures like on my old crapy computer.Any recommendations? I just finished Overclocked and i am thinking of buying Dracula: Origin. Can you people recommend me something?
The Longest Journey is a classic and it is good. I preferred Dreamfall though, which is its' sequel. Monkey Island series is know to be awesome, although I haven't played them. Same with Grim Fandango.

try the demo .. it looks good enough although there are few annoyances like clunky inventory and annying character voices, but still a decent game there is review out there :Â

Overall, A Vampyre Story succeeds in delivering a very solid gaming experience with a wealth of interactivity rarely seen in contemporary adventure games, coupled with some excellent production values. The game may not reach the same quality of writing and technical polish as past LucasArts adventure games that it so fondly references, and the lack of challenging puzzles as well as the rather short length of the game may disappoint some fans of the genre. In the end, however, A Vampyre Story will still leave many game fans satisfied by its old school charm and attractive presentation, and the upcoming sequel may add more to the experience of playing a classic adventure. Sam and Max. I used to love the Kings Quest and Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry games or any Sierra games for that matter but they are probaly really dated now.
The longest journey is one i enjoyed alot if you buy the sequel dream fall goty edition you get both games included but only the goty edition or you can buy it from gog.com drm free or from steam
