Point and click recommendation

So I have played pretty much all of lucas arts adventures(sam and max, full throttle, the dig, grim, loom, ect.) and thinking about trying the new sam and max games. Is there any other good classic point and click games that have great story?

I also like the classic Lucasarts adventures best, so I will give you a list o classic point and click adventures I liked as well:

the longest journey is awesome I have both games. How's the mysts games, are the stories any good?

Broken Sword 1 and 2 are both excellent, but my advice would be to screw older games and play Sam and Max Seasons 1 and 2 right now. Those older games will still be waiting for you when you're ready for them.

Sam and Max should not be made to wait.

Yes I've tried king's quest and leisure suit larry but never try grabriel or knights series, how are those games? are they hard to find?

Ahh Point and Click adventure games....the type i thrive on yet so few being made and rather uncommon by gamers.

I suggest playing the broken sword series, gabriel knight series (ESPECIALLY 3), blade runner, nightlong.

Broken Sword is a joke - cartoon graphics and 'puzzles' that are completely nonsensical - for a great plot-driven point-and-click game with graphics that are still decent, you need the Blade Runner game
