I voted for BioWare 

i voted other - troika - pretty much just for vampire the masquerade: bloodlines - i think it's by far the best roleplaying game ever made, and one of the best games ever made... i have only limited experience with other troika games, but i think one masterpiece is enough for anyone

i'd put bioware a very close second - although i've only played baldur's gate 1 & 2 and nwn (i really hate star wars) - but dragon age is my most anticipated rpg right now

black isle/obsidian is a difficult company to call, since they went from genius to mediocrity over the last ten years

and blizzard is well worth acknowledging, while their actual roleplaying (in the p&p sense) is pretty non-existent, they're the company for skill/item based character development - at least until flagship gets its flagship game out

The reason I didn't put Troika on the poll was because the company no longer exists and they made only 3 ( great ) games. Black Isle ( great developer ) no longer exits, but Obsidian ( not so good developer ) exits ( made from former developers from Black Isle and some other developers )

Relic is the best developer right now, if you ask me.

Company of Heroes is really one of the best strategy games ever made. Dawn of War + Expansions is also among the best. Then there is the Homeworld series which is a classic.

Bah, its early. 

My all time favorite game is Diablo II,but the only blizzard game i like is that and WoW.

so...i vote for BioWare (especially for NWN and NWN2)

Black Isle. Bioware is good (KOTOR and NW are fun, albeit clunky, and BG2 was awesome) but really...Fallout, Fallout 2 and Planescape: Torment are enough to give it to Black Isle, Obsidian or no.

Plus, they helped out with Baldur's Gate, though I don't really know to what extent.
