i was in the same position as you, i was totally going to wait for bad company 2, but then i realized that the game is coming out in 2010 , so i end it up getting mw2, is an OK game, mp is way to easy but somehow enjoyable
Well really, asking that on this forum is going to give you predictable results. Most people here are hating on MW2 and looking forward to BC2. Anyway, I say wait for BC2.
From gameplay and interviews i've seen Bad Company 2 is going to be epic, til then i have TF2 and MW1 to hold me over til March, oh and the pc beta comes next month.
Great question, easy answer, Bad Company 2. why? well in Modern warfare you do one thing. shoot a gun. no vehicles. smaller maps.
in Bad Company 2 the question is what don't you do? it does everything. hopefully they will add co-op to it, no word on that yet. all you have to do is watch a
few gameplay videos of the PC version and that will help you decide. its obvious there is way more to do.
I voted MW2. You didn't specify what platform. Obviously I know what you meant, but still, get MW2 if you have one of the consoles. Play with the community and ppl from your college etc. This is the best game for playing with school friends.

Wait..what? they gave us less than they did in their last game and now they think people will actually pay for what they would normally get? God I hate Activision and their plans for IW and...damn...Blizzard. BC 2 hands down. I'm a CoD fan no longer, not after I read what they said in that interview >_>. To think I actually wanted to get MW when it went down in price...
