At first I bought my stuff at PCclub, but now I buy all from newegg. As always, there are many more PC dealers, but these were the main ones I could think of...
newegg, ZZF, SVC... i go to Fry's and Micro Center (or Buy.com and tigerdirect) if there's a good sale on something there. Fry's also scores points for occasionally having awesome sales like the 400GB 7200.10's for $100, and a pretty bulletproof return policy (i.e. 'we don't care what's wrong with it or if even nothing's wrong, just give us the receipt'). micro center's got good sales and are easy to work with on returns, though i've only had to do it once. as far as specific parts, i tend to go to specific stores first.. mostly based on price/selection of the given part, with SVC getting a big boost on ordering fans because i can just pick it up and not pay $5 shipping for a $5 fan. cooling/fans = SVC, jab-tech PSU = deadeyedata, ZZF, Fry's, Frys.com video card = newegg motherboard = newegg RAM = ZZF, newegg, Frys.com HDs = Frys.com, newegg CPU = newegg, micro center (pricematches vs. newegg!), Fry's RIP MonarchComputer. :( and i work about 10-15 minutes from ZZF and SVC, but the jerks at ZZF don't do will call pickup.
From the UK ^_^. Most of the time scan.co.uk, overclockers.co.uk if scan don't have it, and if it's just the odd thing, instead of a load of parts, it'll be who is cheap, ebuyer.com, eclipse-computers.com, dabs.com.....
I generally buy from Fry's. Although they are generally more expensive than New Egg, I can walk in and buy it take it home and build it in less than a few hours. Also sometimes you find killer deals there. I do however buy my videocards whenever possible from New Egg as Fry's generalaly keeps high prices on them.
I voted for others, i only buy from amazon, because they are the only ones that accept international credit cards ( from central america). They have very good prices and offers also..
The poll is very limited, it seems only possible for a resident of the USA to vote. But besides that the main place where people would buy their PC components would be Newegg.
NCIX. I'm automatically limited by living in Canada (though I'm technically closer to Seattle than I am to Vancouver) so Newegg is out. And the only other large Canadian parts dealer, Tigerdirect, has such generally awful prices that I'm better off taking the provincial sales tax hit from NCIX as they're also in BC. That and the free ground shipping generally only takes a day.

Ah yes SVC is an excellent place to buy from and they have a lot of niche stuff that places like newegg doesn't carry.
The thing I like about ZZF is they can hammer newegg's prices sometimes and that includes free shipping. Newegg used to have a lot of free or cheap shipping, but that's a thing of the past with them.
Is Monarch offically dead? I was looking to order one of those cube cases from them but I've read pages upon pages of horror stories about them ripping people off and not shipping product.
Ebuyer.com and Aria.co.uk. I just received another 1GB of RAM, black floppy drive and DVD-RW from Ebuyer this morning and it's perfect service as usual. When I built my PC I got all the parts from Scan.co.uk because they were the cheapest and all in stock at the time. The returns policy is a headache though and for that reason, I buy from the first 2 that I mentioned.
