Possible Cod MW2 Single player mode fix

Now as we all know, there a lot of in game freezes that happens in SP, especially on levels Cliffhanger, Exodus, and Whiskey. Now forget about tweaking your system. Its a saving bug. Ive found out that these freezes occurs with these stages and I actually beat the game without freezing, I'm thinking that if you will play those levels again, some points will just freeze up your game for like 10-30 mnutes of gameplay. Now the best thing to do is delete your save files including the settings_c.zip on that folder. Make sure to back up if you want to,. Thats if you want to play the game again in hours.. hope this helps.

thanks, I tried it out and I think the single player is just the same trash from COD4, I dont understand how anyone enjoys the single player in these games. The multiplayer is pretty good though, but Im not buying it for 60 bucks without dedicated servers.

Single Player trash? I think it's great fun....yes yes, it's not open world and sometimes has bad respawns....but the COD series provides the best cinematic action packed FPS games....

As for dedicated servers, the MP works fine without them.

at least its not boring compared to some open world games like fc2...

The only technical problem I encountered in the campaign was the last level. It kept crashing after you go over the falls and the last level tries to load. It had an out of memory error, even when I have 4gb. I took the textures and AA down a notch and it worked. Other than that, the rest of the campaign ran surprisingly smooth at max settings and 1920 resolution, not a single stutter.

i guess your maxing out the game, low down your pride a little bit and put textures to high or put it to automatic, also vsync is a big help for this game, it has still some crashes coz its still unpatched, that y people are screaming for it

I don't agree with the MP being trash, it works fine and is great fun (did u play it?).

I would of liked Servers, but I have to say that IWNet works better than I expected. Saying that, I still wonder why they removed lean.
