I was doing a spyware scan and came across something called ISpy. I googled it and found that it is a keylogger. "No big deal" I thought to myself as the scan picked it up, unfortunately the scan couldn't remove it. I restarted the computer and rescanning for it, nothing so far, but I'm not convinced its gone...

What should I do?

Security isn't really my forte, but you might try looking at the logs of whatever A/V and A/S app you are using and trying to determine all the files it removed. Then researching this ispy software to see exactly where the rest of the files are located on your system. Keep in mind to be completely sure you should load up knoppix and mount your drive as read only under linux and search that way, as whatever spyware you have may have covered its tracks so as to fool windows into showing you its files under windows. But these files can't hide under linux ;)
