Want to get GTX260 but my psu [ ultra 550 watt] has only 1 pcie 6 pin connector and the card calls for 2. Is there a way to get an adapter with dual connecters? And would that be absolutley necessary?

-THANKS

Its pretty much plug and plug then close case... and play. Make sure they are in firmly also check other cables are firmly in, I once without noticing loosened the 24-pin cable whilst installing a new CPU cooler.

The box will contain at least 1 2x 4 pin Molex connect to 6 pin PCI-e. All you need to know is how to plug a Molex connector in. You'll be fine.

Molex connectors are just the standard old school connectors that plug in to your HDDs/Optical drives. All PSUs have them.
