ok im thinking of upgradeing my power suply

what would you recomend for a power cuply for gameing wise

What's your GPU? You more than likely don't need to upgrade unless your thinking of buying a new GPU or your current PSU is dead or something.

lol, I wish it was that simple. Then I could just buy a new PSU and forget changing my mobo, RAM, CPU, PSU and case next year, to accommodate for the core i7 and new GPU I plan to get when the new lineups hit.
