Personally I would not trust them. If you buy a Thermaltake or Coolermaster case with a power supply you might be ok. But I would recommend buying a good name brand supply seperate.
The only cases that have good power supplies are a select few Antec units that ship with Earthwatts power supplies, which are nice re-badged Seasonic units and certain Cooler Master cases ship with Realpower units. Oh, and there are certain Enermax cases which ship with Enermax Liberty or Infiniti power supplies that are great as well, but beware of their cheaper units which do not use Enermax power supplies.
they are usually low quality or generic ones. unless your going really low budet, i would try to pick up an aftermarket PSU from Antec, Enermax, Thermaltake, etc
