What is a good power supply for this setup here? I would like to overclock the computer to at least 3.33GhZ (Same frequency as the extreme)

Also...relatively new at overclocking that much (i would do 100mhz here and there to dink around)...so please let me know what fan i should be using.

Price Range:

Fan... Under $70

PSU... Under $120

Willing to stretch the price range if its THAT much of a difference.

Well for a PSU I would probably recommend a 850W, even if that is a little overkill, corsair makes one that is decently priced and you should be set with it for some time.

As for CPU coolers The XIGMATEK Dark Knight and the Cooler Master V8 are both excellent coolers that cost less than $70...so while you spend a little more on the PSU you spend less on the CPU cooler

*And 12GB of RAM is not needed, 6BG is more than enough for anything you might do, in my opinion

True, but i want it to be set up for the future games that come out (that we all know will take a lot of memory)

Buiying 12gb would set it up so i wouldnt have to track down my ram model in da future.

Well, I wouldnt go under a 750 watt...and make sure its a quality brand - do a little research on it. Personally I like Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, and maybe thermaltake/coolermaster.

For a PSU, the Corsair 850w would be perfect. For a heatsink, I'd go with the Dark Knight over the V8 by far.
