^_^ Hello all. I just purchased a HD 3870 from newegg and was wondering if my psu is good enough to run it. On ATi they call for a 440w PSU and dont list any volts.I have a Antec NeoHE 380w PSU.

You might suffer from some brown outs, I'm not certain on the 12v rails on your PSU or the requirements of the HD 3870, but it's never a good idea to try and undercut the minimum.

well im guessing here but since the 8800gt and 3870 are similar i would bet they use close to the same power. i have a corsair 450w and it run my oc'ed 8800gt fine. 450w is enough but you need to get a name brand for 450 to work.
