power supply question.......

I'm looking into buying a geforce 9800 GTX+ , i currently have a 400W power supply, do i need more than that , or is 400W enough to make this card run??

p.s my current video card is a geforce 7300 GS

Your psu isnt enough, what you need to do is ethier buy a better card but not as good as a 9800 with a psu or buy a lower ended card if your tight on money. But if your not tight on money then buy a 500+ watt psu with at least 26A total on the 12v rail/s. and has 70% or greater efficienty rating .

Yeah you'll need to upgrade your PSU - I'd recommend on spending a fair bit on a branded one, cheap ones are a sure fire way to kill your computer.
