1. If the power supply has " 12V1@15A, +12V2@16A" does that mean it can run a video card that needs " +12 Volt current rating of 26 Amps"

2. Anyone know a cheap Power supply that that has " Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 26 Amps.)"

I had one picked out but apparently Newegg stoped selling it :(

I would go with a 500 watt psu. Heres a 600 watt one from tigerdirect. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2974508&CatId=106

This thing has 38 amps on the 12v rail and plenty of power connecters. and lots of extras built in like Short Circuit Protection ,In-Rush Current Protection,Thermal Overload Cutoff Protection(if it overheats it will shut down to protect the computer). and its only 80 bucks I have one its a beast and weights a ton cause its built good andit hascopper heatsinks compared to normal aluminum in most psu's

Ultra / X-Finity / 600-Watt / ATX / Dual 80mm Fan / SATA-Ready / SLI Ready / Titanium / Power Supply7 Users Rated Ultra 600-W PSU

i agree with 04dcarraher ... you should take a power supply of min. 500W .

and for safety take 600W (in case u have increase the load on the power supply in future)
