The minimum I don't really know, because it depends on the rest of the system, but a Corsair TX650 should be fine for all those.

I wouldn't go lower than a high quality 450W. You might be able to get away with a 400W or even a 350W under heavily controlled load settings for an HTPC, but if thats not your situation, then i would go for 450W or more. I'd go 550 if you're not sure of the PSU's efficiency and quality.

650w would be good for any of those cards. Except for the 470, they would all be fine on a 550w.

Most important isn't the wattage of the PSU it's about the quality of it, a cheap 650w migth not be up for any of thoose builds but a good 400w will run them, yes it'll even run the gtx470 with a Ph2.

(I estemate the total powerdraw to be below or at near 300w from the wall, meaning 260-280w actual powerdraw from the PSU, it has to do with the efficiency of the PSU.)

Never. never, go cheap on the PSU, look for the best of quality, i'd rather take a good 450w for thoose builds than a cheap 700w, don't be so hooked about how much the produt are "specifiyed" for cos thoose numbers mean nothing on low quality products.

PSU's and the hysteria around them are the biggest joke of PC hardware in recent years, the wattage getting higher every year and the quality of cheap models passes LOWER than half what they are specifyed for, they brake and without saifty circiuts and shortcirciut protection they can and will brake other hardware than the PSU only.

Iv'e seen (ofc. it was the lowest of quality) 620w PSU actually go "poof" and catch fire in a system that shouldn't draw more than 200-250w, this is the crap they specify with ROHS and 80+.

Do never cheap out and take the bare-minimum quality, don't stare just at the wattage because that is not as important as the quality are.
