PPSSPP missing .dll

First off, i would like to say that i`m sorry for putting this in off-topic disc, but i couldn`t decide which one was suitable for it. Anyway, let me get to the problem: i just downloaded ppsspp, but every time i try to run it, (as admin or not) it gives me an error saying that MSVCP120.dll is missing from my computer. I looked into this and all i found was that i need to download microsoft c++ visual, but i allready have it installed. What should i do?

Update: Now it works, (downloaded x64 instead of x86 fail xD) but the sound is REALLY weird and choppy, and unpleyable. Please help
