Preferable wireless headphones compatible with Xbox 360 and PC

My brother recently bought a wired headset that's comfortable for me and sounds great. I believe they are Turtle Beach X12. I am looking for headphones that are compatible with Xbox 360 and PC. I stumble across Steelseries Spectrum 7XB. They are in my price range, wireless, useable with Xbox 360 and PC, and someone mentioned I can use rechargeable AAAs. As I continue to look, I also thought I would ask to see what others have to suggest. 

Just to make it clear, are you after a headset (headphones+mic) or just headphones?

Headphones. Sony MDRRF810 seem identical to Thomson WHP3001BK. Both are what I am currently debating between.
