Preview of indie game "Forging life" Minecraft meets Ultima Online

Hey

I've just posted a preview of the first person "survival" game "Forging Life", which is a small game being made by two Danish guys.

The game is a bit of a mix between Minecraft (first person perspective, lots of crafting) and Ultima Online (skills that increase with usage, unforgiving, emergent gameplay). It's still early days for the game, but there are some interesting ambitions I think.

This game has got my attention and the website has been added to my bookmarks. Hopefully it actually follows through. I'll be looking forward to alpha testing (how ever many years that may be :P ).

Now that does look interesting.

Did someone say Ultima Online??? The best mmo ever? Im interested :P

Yeah, I definitely think that there are some cool elements in this game. Of course, we'll have to see as it gets further along, how all these things get implemented into the game
