I heard that Sand of Time is available on Steam, but I can't see it anywhere. Is it region locked or something? I'm in the UK so perhaps it is

I don't think Sands of Time is available yet on Steam. I can see the new PoP. I think they will be coming later.

Go to the new POP and there will be a bundle. I think that is the only way to buy it. Though I am not surte.
