I am excited to see what its going to be like. Hope they don't screw us over by not releasing a PC version.

beat me to it. was just about to make the thread. But it's kind of weird how it's a sequel to the sands of time trilogy and not the new POP.

I hoped it wouldn't be released along the movie, but whatever. IIRC Mechner's involved in the game too.

Nobody even liked the new POP.It was the bastard child of the series. I'm glad they are returning to the roots of the franchise.Well not the roots, but...you know what i mean.

is it part 2 hope so i hate games that are left open and never finished too human psi ops and a few others

Yeah, the new PoP was great. But it was too different from the others. Fans never accept change.

Exciting news to be honest. I, however, liked very much the 2008 POP and would also like to see a sequel to that game. Can't wait to see what exactly will be revealed about this "Forgotten Sands".

I'd be surprised if they release a PC version. POP4 is notorious for having been pirated a whole lot on the PC, and don't forget they certainly didn't bother about releasing the "Epilogue" on the PC. Several websites are reporting it's console-only, and I'd be inclined to believe it. A real shame, but anyway.
