Problem with blood in Amnesia

OKay, so I'm playing Amnesia and just got out of the prison chase. Now all I have to do is make the tonic for Agripa- only problem is I don't have the blood for it. I have the bone and I found the fungi out side of a blocked chamber, but because most chambers collapsed I have no way of getting the blood (at least none that I know of). Anyone know a way I can get the blood now?

The blood can be found in the one of the six torture rooms by lowering the glass bottle into a hole in the floor using the rope. I think its in the room with the saw that cuts people in half.

I think I remember seeing blood in the newly opened room near Agrippa, the same one that the saw is in. Have you tried there?
