Problems playin Tiberian sun online

I got it as the free download online but when i try to play online I cant, its because i have to run the registerWOL.bat. But when I run this I get

The module "WOLAPI.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80020009

So i cant play online, yes I am running it as administartor and I have windows 7.

Any ideas?

I can't play online due to that issue as well. There's a site out there somewhere that has a tutorial on how to get it working apparently thought.
