Problems playing battle-net in Warcraft 3 Frozen throne on mac

Hey guys. I'm having problems opening my warcraft 3 game after I download the latest patch v1.23, i did manage to get it to run well before until i accidently delete the whole Warcraft 3 folder.

I have uninstalled and installed it a million times. did manage to get it to start up until i battle net patches itself and i cannot even open the game anymore. however i am able to open reign of chaos but not frozen throne. an error message of "sorry unable to open Warcraft 3" or something like that.

I'm using a mac leopard btw, v10.5.6

If anyone one has a solution to my problem pls reply asap, i can't live without dota. haha

And i also have deleted all preference files in my library. argh.. i need a solution quick. i searched for one for days already.. i'm bloody desperate.
