Problems with Samsung 260Hd and PS3

I recently bought a Samsun 260HD and it has been great for watching tv and for computer usage (gaming and regular usage), but when ever I play my ps3 everything looks so bad, like it's 480p.

The ps3 looked alot better on my Acer H233 Hbmid 23 in.Yes I made sure that 480/720/1080i/1080p were all checked on my ps3. I also used different HDMI cables (which shouldn't be the issue anyway)

I was wondering if any one had any suggestions?

If i remember correctly, you need to uncheck NTSC and 480p or the 260 will ( for whatever reason ) only ask for a 480 signal.

Typing in black makes it impossible to read.

I had the exact same television as you had and I had no problems booting the PS3 in 1080p. Perhaps it's something in your tv settings?
