I was wondering if there was an end all be all program to be able to extract all types of files. I hate having to like download winrar just to open .rar files etc.

Whats wrong with Winrar? It opens a bunch of file types, not just rar.

I use 7zip, but I haven't looked around recentely so their may be better options.

Yeah, winrar unzips at least like ten different types of compressed files. I hadn't even heard of most of them.

Yeah, winrar is actually a really good program.....It even includes a reader to view files in archives and can also repair broken archive files.

All you need is 7zip (and maby winrar, if you want) whats wrong with that?

Winrar all you do is right click,extract herer.

I must of just downloaded like a wrong version because the one I had only extracted .rar files. Maybe I just got a really really old version.

Winrar = winrar. I have it set to handle every archive file.
