Well, I'm having fun on the game itself, no matter if it's on PC or xbox360.
Just ask yourself if you want to play Prototype with a keyboard and mouse or with a xbox360 controller, either way, it's still a fantastic action game. I doubt the graphics would be that much different, but the main thing about this game is it's gameplay.
I ask on PC forums, because i'm hoping you guys are unbiased

if your pc is uptodate and has a vga in the lines of 9600gt and better i say get it for pc if anything because is $10 cheaper :) and like th guy above me said wether is 360 or pc the game is a blast to play ( i never thought i would have that much fan with a 3rd person superhero game )
I'd say get it on the PC, however I'm experiencing some performance issues, low framerate, even though my PC is far more superior to the minimum system req Activision posted. But the game itself is brilliant, i love it, controls are fine and the sound seems to be a little low but overall great game!
if your PC is great (ex. geforce 200-series gpu/ i7 processor), then play it on PC. most games in PC nowadays, you can play using xbox controllers. but for first-person shooters, keyboard&mouse is universal.
As a PS3 and PC gamer, I usually check how well it'll run on the PC first. If you reach the recommended requirements (any Core Duo system, and a GeForce 9600GT or newer card, then you should be able to run it near maximum settings), then get the PC version, as you'll undoubtedly run it at a higher fidelity and smoother frames. I strongly recommend you play with a gamepad if you opt for the PC version though : this game is definitely designed around the use of one. This is why I've got my handy 360 PC gamepad ready for some PC multiplatform gaming (DMC4, Prototype, etc.).
my PC is really powerfull, i have a gtx 295 and an i7 920. I also have a wired 360 contorller, so i can play using it.
Im gonna go with PC because i can get mods, and the game will probably look and run better, consoles are pretty weak, i mean my gfx card alone costs more than a PS3

Don't get it for mods, because I doubt there will be any, but yeah get it for better performance.
