Hey, so ive had my new comp for awhile and was just wondering what your guys temps were with these parts. I have my fan speed for my 4850 at 72% when i game and it usualy doesn't get higher than 65c. But my processor has been getting around 61c on the first two cores after an hour or so of gaming. What are the normal, and the max temps that i should look for on these? Everything is stock btw, no OCing

On IDLE my Q6600 is 35-39.C

While playing games my Q6600 goes up 50-59.C

EDIT*

IDLE : Processor 1 is always the highest @ 40.C - Processor 2 @ 38.C - Processor 3 @ 35 - Processor 4 @ 35

iN Game: Processor 1 @ 55 - Processor 2 @ 50 - Processor 3 @ 39 - Processor 4 @ 39

---------------------G---P---U ---------------------

My EN8800GT while on IDLE I have no clue

When playing games I have no idea I cant get it to show

Hmm 61C seems a little high for a stock Q6600 while gaming, although is still fine. Start worrying at 70C. Is it a G0 chip? Also, what HSF do you have on it? Run Prime95 small fft's on it and see what temps it hits then.

im getting about 39-41 idle, depending on the core, with the 6600 at 3 ghz, and load, never over 60

as for the gfx card, the 4850, OC'd to the speeds in my sig is getting ~52 idle and around 68 on full load

the 4850 is a hot card, and the single slot cooler doesn't help...
I have one myself and you don't need to worry

Mine hits 70 a lot as well

I have a Q6600... stock cooler, and getting quite high temps.

Mine are a bit higher due to the ambient temperature (small room, many electronic things kicking out head) but I'm usually idling at 39-41... on load/playing games has gone up to 50-60. I've been told it's fine so!
