For games 2006 and older, yes.

What is your budget?

It wasn't a very good card to begin with and was a bit over priced. You'd want to get yourself a 9800GT (same thing as an 8800GT). Roughly $130-160, depending what namebrand you get and where you buy it from. You'd be better off at even getting a 9600GT then an 8600GT because the 9600 is better then the 8600. 9600GT will run around $100-120, depending on namebrand and where you get it from.

get a 9800 gt. i guarantee you will be able to run any game that comes out this year. mnaybe not on ul,tra at super high res but i can play dow 2 on high and it runs perfectly. if your just playing older games then u can get the 8600 gt. but if u wana play newer games get the 9800 gt. well worth it

$130-160 for a 9800GT is pretty darn overpriced if I can't say so myself. You can get a HD 4850 with that kind of money, but a heck of a lot better performance. Same goes for the 9600GT - overpriced, you can get a HD 4830 in that price range.

The man hasn't even mentioned his budget, so hold your video card triggers, please.
